The Truth About 6-Pack Abs

I'm not sure how many of you have seen 300, but by the of end this program my wife's new nickname for me is Leonidas.  I'm not quite that ripped, of course they were working out 8 hours a day for several weeks; I have been working out 3 days a week for 45 minutes each session, and I'm looking good.

Truthfully, prior to beginning this program I was in somewhat good shape.  I went to the gym, tried to eat healthy foods, but I always had fat around my midsection, and no matter how long I stayed on the treadmill, I couldn't lose that spare tire.  And, honestly, I wasn't expecting to lose it, no matter what program Weight Loss Plans Reviewed put me on, but boy was I wrong.  Mike Geary, the author, creates a nutritional and exercise program that not only helps you get 6-pack abs, but also improves your over all fitness.  Geary explains that the types of foods, even "health" foods can cause an hormonal imbalance that causes your brain to store fat; not only that, but abdominal exercises like crunches and the like do almost nothing to remove stomach fat (explains why I could never get rid of that stuff).

So, how does one start burning the fat and strengthening those abs?  Well, Geary introduces several full body exercises that not strengthen your abs, but boost metabolism, creating a 1-2 punch against stubborn belly fat.  Geary also presents nutritional facts, such as the truth about low-carb diets, supplements, and mass misconceptions about nutrition that permeates the media.  He develops a nutritional plan that's easy to follow, and even throws in 80+ meal ideas to make it even easier.  The results of this program were great, I finally got rid of that excess belly fat, and I'm assured you can too.

Best of Luck,

Joseph
