If there were ever a person to trust about burning fat and building muscle, Tom Venuto is that person. A professional body builder who spent 14 years creating and perfecting a life long fitness and nutrition plan that burns fats, and keeps that fat off by helping you create a lean, muscular body. And trust me, it really, really works. I will tell you right off the bat, this plan is slower than most, you won't lose 12 lbs in 11 days like my fellow reviewer did with Fat Loss 4 Idiots, but the end results, I think, will be far more gratifying.
Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle (BFFM) focuses more on body fat percentage, the percentage of how much of your weight is just fat. You could weigh 225 lbs, but have a body fat of 12%; which is healthy. And it is that percentage, not your weight, which BFFM focuses on. A loss of weight will occur, it's only natural with a reduction in body fat percentage reduction, but the weight loss is countered by a gain in lean muscle mass, which I don't mind at all. This is the real highlight of the BFFM plan; as Tom Venuto explains, the building of lean muscle is like building fat burning furnaces that burn fat all the time, even while you sleep!
