      Fat Loss 4 Idiots promises that you will lose 9 lbs in 11 days.  I will tell you right off the bat that I didn't... I lost 11, I was so happy.  Fat Loss 4 Idiots begins by explaining why fad diets, like low-carb, low-calorie, and low-fat never really work; stating that since food is the key to weight loss eating the wrong foods, even if they are low in fat and carbs, will never help you lose any weight.  Why, you ask, well they explain that these diets are basically starving yourself.  Your brain will automatically try and fight that starvation feeling, telling your body to store fat.  And your body is pretty clever, converting carbs, sugars, starches, and a whole host of other food stuffs into fat.

     They key, according to Fat Loss 4 Idiots, is to eat the correct food at the correct time.  Eating foods that are easy to burn into energy, and eating them more often.  I was having five or six meals a day.  I know, I couldn't believe it either!  I never felt hungry, I would never sneak into the kitchen to "steal" some sweets, I was never tempted!  And as an added bonus they offer you a Meal Generator; just choose what you want to eat from their selection, and within seconds they give you a fully customized, diet approved meal.  And no dry, flavorless meals, they all tasted great.  They also help you order at restaurants (what usually kills diets that I tried), so that you can enjoy yourself when you go out, you can even have alcohol.

     Fat Loss 4 Idiots offers two packages that you can purchase: Package #1, which includes everything I've talked about above; or Package #1 + Beyond Calories.  Since Weight Loss Plans Reviewed was buying ;) I got the total package.  While I'm sure without Beyond Calories I may have done just as well; but with it, success was assured.  The information in Beyond Calories was invaluable in my dieting experience;  I still refer to it, helping me keep my new, sexy body, even after two months off the program.
